- Candidates must have completed Master's Degree in library science / information science, Ph. D degree for Assistant Librarian.
- Candidates must have completed Master's Degree, Bachelors Degree, knowledge of office procedures for Junior Superintendent.
- Candidates must have completed Master's Degree in public relation/journalism and mass communication for Junior Superintendent (Public Relations).
- Candidates must have completed Bachelor's Degree , working in computer environment for Junior Technician (Teaching Learning Cell).
- Candidates must have completed Bachelor's Degree in library and info, diploma in lib and inf.sc,degree in M.Lib and inf.sc for Junior Library Assistant.
