North Eastern Railway is the number seventeen railway zones in India. It is established in Gorakhpur, Lucknow and Varanasi include units and reorganized the division Izzatnagar. NER was established on 14^th April 1952 combination of two rail systems section Kanpur & Achnera Bombay. Kanpur, Barabanki was transferred to North-Eastern Railway on 27^th February 1953. North Eastern Railway was bifurcated into two railway zones on 5^th January 1958. On 1^st October 2002, Samastipur & Sonpur divisions were transferred to the central station. North Eastern Railway comprises of three divisions Varanasi, Lucknow, and Izatnagar. NEC is 3402.46 km of roads and 486 stations. It serves the places of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and western places of Bihar.

Qualification:

·         Candidates should possess PG degree / diploma in radiology radiologist.

·         Candidates should possess PG degree in medicine from Gen.Physician.

·         Candidates should possess PG degree in general surgery surgeon.

·         Candidates should possess PG degree / diploma in ENT surgeon.

·         Candidates should possess PG Degree / Diploma Pathology pathologist.

·         Candidates should possess MBBS for GDMO.

·         Candidates should possess PG degree / diploma in Gynae / OBS / PG degree in surgery Gen Surgery Gynecology / Gen.Surgeon.

·         Candidates should possess PG degree / diploma in the field of Pediatrics Pediatrician.

·         Candidates should possess PG Degree / Diploma in Anesthesia for Anesthesiologist
